Yes, I Use My Roof Rack
In the year and a half since I built the roof rack for less than $100, and subsequently modified it, I've used it quite a bit. Since it wasn't expensive to build and the parts can be easily replaced for very little money, I'm not afraid to haul furniture, lumber or, in this case, a lawnmower.

I have a 1600 that, sadly, has been stored at my parents place for quite a few years. When the day comes that I revive it, a roof rack like this is something I would love to make for it. Hope you don't mind if there is a copy on the west coast.
